I lead the Digital Service Technology Department. We’re the home of online assisted service at Sky, empowering our 11m customers to self serve online, rather than call our contact centres for account management, help content, and assurance. My department includes teams that build our machine learning conversational UI Chatbot client developed with IBM Watson, Sky’s CMS Online Help platforms, customer assurance (service status, broadband assurance, order tracking), account management and customer billing.
